TAE40122 Make presentations & Provide work skill instruction
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to deliver training under supervision in the VET sector or in the workplace. Participants will undertake a blend of theory and practical activities.

DURATION:  3 consecutive 1 day online face to face workshops using Microsoft Teams‚ listed below‚ plus one day for coaching and completion of assessments. All training and assessment must be completed within a 3 week period.

Introduction:
Participants will undertake 3 consecutive online face to face workshops using Microsoft Teams. This course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to:
  • Competently break down and demonstrate company work instructions and/or task descriptions and
  • Develop presentation skills‚
      to ensure effective workplace training is achieved.

Target Audience:
This skills set applies to individuals who train others within a workplace.

Learning Methods:
This course will be delivered by a highly skilled‚ industry experienced‚ qualified and industry-current facilitator.
All course materials‚ including specialised resources and assessments‚ will be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.

The learning and assessment activity will include:
  • 3 consecutive 1 day online face to face training sessions using Microsoft Teams  
  • Quizzes and discussions completed during the sessions
Assessment will include:
  • Written Questions
  • Portfolio of training sessions - planning, delivering, review
