Introduction:
This is a 1 day online face to face workshop using Microsoft Teams, practice on the job and completion of a work placed project. All training and assessment is expected to be completed within a 3 week period. 

Target Audience:
This training applies to those who work in supervisory or leadership positions in meat or food processing operations who have responsibility for setting and achieving operational and administrative goals.

Learning Methods:
This training will be delivered by a highly skilled leader and qualified industry-current facilitator. All course materials, including specialised resources and assessments, will be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. The learning and assessment activity will include:
  • 1 day online face to face training session using Microsoft Teams 
  • Quizzes and activities completed during the session
  • Workplace projects to support assessment
  • A 360-degree feedback project to assist you in developing your priorities, increase communication levels and undertake the continual improvement process.
